Aion - General Discussion

I'm still playing quite happily :D

My favourite 3 classes so far are:
1. Chanter
2. Cleric
3. Gladiator

My assassin is still stuck at level 14 - can't really get the hang of it just yet. On another note, I'm glad I decided not to roll a templar - I did some tanking for a group in the first elite area with my gladiator - blimey, but tanking is hard work!!

oh fox, glad's ain't for tanking as much as the templar's :p

tried that. didn't work to well
 
I was pulled into a tankless group because they couldn't find one ;)

I actually managed to pull it off somehow, but I had to look sharp a couple of times - a glad can't pull aggro nearly as well as a Templar - and I had to look alive whenever the mob our sorc had sleeped woke up from his snooze, because whenever the sorc got smacked it was a one hit kill.
 
Check at this email I got: "Someone at 121.206.208.199 has reset your Aion (Europe) Game Account password for account xxxxx. If you did not make this change, please contact support immediately at [email protected]."

I didn't change my password and the IP address is from China just typical!.

Yeah i did contact them straight away. That hacker from China has already reset my password three times and reactivated my account with a time card.

I can't believe this happened today lol.
 
Support got back to me and i've got to answer these questions so that they know if it's my account:

What first and last name did you use when you created the account?

What physical address did you use when you created the account?

What date of birth did you use when you created the account?

What are the 20-digit serial codes for all games you added to the account?

What is the Unique Account ID for the game account you are referring to? (This was sent to you via e-mail on the date your game account was activated with a subject header of "Game Account Activated.")

What are the last 4 digits of the credit card or the 20-digit game time card code originally used to activate the account?
 
Bloody hell ... that's a lot of info.

But to be fair, the only one who would have all of that information is yourself ... so at least you know they're doing something about it.
 
same info i had to give when i retrieved my master account last year. took week to sort out but in the end i got it sorted.
 
It's funny, every Wednesday after server maintenance all the areas are botless ... by the Tuesday the following week some areas are flooded with them again.
 
So I got my account back and that hacker was playing with my main character, leveled my gladiator from level 24 to 29. I'm just going to delete all my characters.

Hehe ... he got you through one of the worse grinds ... it took me ages to get from 24 to 26 and up. I hope he at least got you a couple of nice items along the way?
