If you have pre-loaded via Origin, you will notice, that when you try to run the game, the activation date for south africa is currently the 28th of October, 1:00. To run the game you require a decryption key to decrypt the game files.
The earliest release date for this game is for Korea, which is today the 24th at 17:00.
By connecting to a Korean VPN, you can actually gain the decrypt key on game load, and play the single player campaign in the mean while.
