Can I play these games?

I want to start pc gaming again. I don't have the best rig, so I'm only looking for old games like:
GTA 3
Marvel Ultimate Alliance
The Sims 2
NFS: Most Wanted

I want to know if my pc can play them. Here's my specs:
Intel Celeron (1.80 GHz)
Nvidia Geforce 8400 GS
1 GB RAM
150 GB HD
Windows XP

I also have a question. I have a old pc that broke. Can I put the Processor and the RAM in my current pc. I'm not sure if the old graphics card is better. I think it was a Geforce 7600. Thanks in advance

Yeah you should be able to play them. As far as I know NFS is the most demanding of those.
I wouldn't be to pressed to change the gpu to the 7600 as the 7600 is only slightly better, as in very slight.

The only way you wouldn't be able to play those older games on that rig was if your wrists were both broken
Those titles will work on that machine, but don't you think its time for an upgrade :P

For those games it should play most of them. I think NFS: Most wanted may need lower video settings.

I know. But pc parts are expensive and I'd rather just buy more Xbox games with my money.

I also have another question (I know, just bare with me). I had a dual core processor and when I looked at it on the control panel it said the GHz was 1.6. Is it 1.6 GHz each, or 1.6 GHz together?

That's 1.6GHz per core.

This will depend on the type of CPU and RAM in the old PC, and the type of motherboard on your current PC. I'm guessing you may be in luck if are talking about the aforementioned Dual Core and RAM.

Does that make my old processor a 3.2 ghz processor?

No, it is 2 cores running at 1.6 ghz each.
Think of it as the computer splitting up a task into two parts and running each simultaneously at 1.6 ghz each.
