Well I don't know what the fps is, but I just put everything to the far right (max) and it runs perfect at 1080p. Using a asus 7970 dc2 top.

Max your AA setting and put blur on max. lol you'll run it but it'll be unpleasant xD

Oh yeah that is a Origin problem bud. It can be frustrating as fuck believe me.

I found something about deleting a licenses folder. Will give that a try tonight, hopefully it works.

Had that at the beginning as well. I just closed Origin completely and restarted it - since then it hasn't been a problem. It does seem to crash every now and then when resuming a game though.
