Ugh man.. The wait is killing me. I've played TQ and currently Darkspore but this seems like a worthy competitor to D3. The modding tools make me really excited about the game as well. Can't wait!

Yah, If they can cultivate a modding community like Oblivion the sky is the limit! I'm personally really excited about the LAN co-op. I live in a University res so I have lotsa friends to jam with. Plus it doesnt have high specs so even my mates with shitty laptops can play!

Most of my LAN buddies have moved to different corners of the globe so I I'll have to play online but having the choice to play on LAN is awesome. I'll be running this on my laptop so it is very convenient taking it to a buddy with a desktop and then just jam a LAN game.
I'll definitely get both of the games but ja, I still think Diablo will be better in the end. Time will tell.
BTW, are you at UCT or US?

I am sure it will be fun, blizzard are good at their games, not sure if it will be better than sc2 though
Can't wait for this game. Spent many hours of my life in front of the PC with both Diablo and Diablo 2.
However, I don't think it is fair to compare SC2 with D3? Sure, you can say both of them are/will be awesome games, but you can't really say the one is better than the other, can you? They are completely different genres?
