Dragon Age: Origins not detecting DLC

I recently purchased a copy of Dragon Age:Origins Ultimate Edition for my PC via Take 2's import service. I installed the game, logged in to my Bioware account and entered my Ultimate code to get the additional campaigns and other DLC. I have downloaded and installed some of these, yet when I try to play a new campaign [Leliana's Song in this instance] no campaigns other than "Awakening" appears on the "Other Campaigns" screen.

How do I solve this problem, please?

Urgh... I don't have Origins installed any longer so I'm going to have to hope that you have a rough idea of what I mean. In the main menu, there's the "Downloadable Content" button (or whatever it's called). If you look there, what DLC is listed, downloaded and/or active?

That's the best way to be sure of what is installed and running and what isn't. And if it isn't, try downloading it through the game otherwise revert back to the social page

Weird, I didn't had to download any dlc after doing a full install. however I've found that you have to uninstall previous da if it was not the ultimate one.

else there is the "DA service" which has to be running else you might get "you are not authorized please log in with an account", finally could edit the xml file, but that's for another dlc error.

finally what dlc list as Lync ask ?
