Let me give more about the Wednesday night races starting next Wednesday 21st July 2010.
This was a show on Top Gear a while back and they could not decide between the two cars. So we decided to give it a go.
Basically what we are looking at is this, the almighty two. The 2004 Evo viii against the 2004 Subaru Sti

The cars will be pre-tuned to A-Class (A 517 and A 522) so everyone will be running the same tunes. You will have to buy which ever car you want and of course pay for the upgrades, but the tunes will be available free from ZAR Dexxxter's storefront. That is of course different tunes for the STI and EVO. But trust me when I say there is nothing between these cars, and the only difference would be driver preference as to what car he would prefer and perform better in.
Eries and I have tested the cars and tunes, and there is never more than 0.2 secs between the cars on all the tracks we've tested on.
[ZAR Eries] - We have worked really hard in getting these cars equal. Just as they were the same on a track they would differ on the next, so we struggled, it has been devious but we came up trumps. No matter which car you drive no matter where you drive them they are as Dexxxter stated never far apart. Think Dexxxter ended with the cars being closer than 0.2s apart. I ended up with the cars being even closer but never more than 0.1s apart. On some tracks the cars were 0.02s or closer. We are real happy with the outcome and this will surely be a preference drive than anything else.
Now what I've decided is to give you guys some input here. Everyone that would be interested in the Tourney has the chance to give up to 4 tracks they would like to race. This will only be open for voting until the end of the week, so guys please get voting. The 4 tracks with the most votes will be part of the tournament.
After voting is done, I will put up another official post for the Tournament with space reserved for results.
