Front input interference

As Fatal As Cyanide
My front speaker input has this distorted noise (magnectic interference, I think) whenever I plug my headphones in. When in game, it becomes even more audible. So I'm forced to put my headphones loud, in order to not hear it.
My speakers are plugs in the back ports. I've tried all sorts of ways to get it to stop, but nothing works.

Any suggestions?

Tried that. Didn't work. And what I also discovered was.. when I plug a USB connnection in by the front port as well, the sound becomes a lot worse.

You have a metal touching something somewhere, that sound occurs when inputs are not inserted correctly or some piece of metal is making contact with the soundcard or the back of the motherboard. Its interference and should not be present if the board is seatted correcty and the rear back plate is inserted correctly.

And have you tested your earphones on a MP3 player or laptop to see if the distortion is still present otherwise couls be a fault headset or worn cable.
