Perhaps a joke in this time?

The man goes to the doctor and says: "Doctor, my whole body aches. If I touch my head, it hurts, I touch my arms and it hurts, I touch my stomach and it hurts."

The doctor examines him and after 5 minutes says: "Aaah, I found the problem.... your finger is broken!"

Have you tried a homipath (no idea how it's spelt) but there is one my sis went to here for here migraines and he helped her. She was wheat intolerant and that helped her end the pain.
