Good Free to play FPS?

I'm looking for an FPS to play that has a fair amount of players. Currently I'm playing Warframe but I'm pretty bored of it now

Apparently Planetside 2 has had a major overhaul due to its construction update, might be worth checking out.

Paladins is not bad for a couple of hours of fun. It's still in Beta but there is some fun to be had. Very close in style to Overwatch but F2P.

Survarium is good
Warface was great, but they pulled the plug on countries with high pings.
Planetside 2 also good

Planetside 2 is like a free, futuristic, open-world Battlefield.

Not really free-to-play, but you'll be able to grab CS:GO for dirt cheap during the next Steam sale, and it's definitely worth it if you prefer highly competitive games.

Also, Battlefield 2142 is now free-to-play if you're feeling nostalgic.

I played Planetside for some time a while back but ultimately it all just seemed a bit pointless. I believe the word was "Zurg". It just seemed to flip back and forth with no real outcome or aim. Pretty tho!
