My brother noticed the Grove Street Green as well.

Family of CJ, or distant relative maybe?

This definitely looks like it going to be more fun than GTA IV was, and comical.

Edit: Amazing how different they are:

A violent maniac driven by the chance of a cheap high and the next big score.
A former street gangster, now looking for real opportunities and serious money.
and a professional ex-con whose retirement is a lot less rosy than he hoped it would be.
