GTA V release date revealed

I suspected it would be somewhere in September/October rather than the rumoured March-June dates. Glad I was right, leaves ample time to save up for the (as yet announced, but hopefully awesome) CE, if they do one for this, but I can't see why not.
 
I hate it when they announce a release date early, because now we're going to have wait so frikin long.
 
No PC version? Maybe 2 weeks to a month after release. I hope so. Rockstar won't let their PC fanbase down by not giving us a PC version :)

Don't be too sure about that. They already denied us at least one good game.
 
Shucks. I was hoping it was going to be sooner. I have played GTA4, Ballad of Gay Tony and Lost and Damned about 5 times each now. I need a new fix Rockstar!
 
RDR was made by Rockstar San Diego which closed down shortly after its release. Rockstar North have ALWAYS ported their games to PC within 6 months of their release. I don't expect this one to be an exception.
 
I think the game has been delayed to tone down the violence a bit, due to the recent shootings and subsequent laws that might pop up in USA.

Doubt they would ever do that, although it might spark some controversy. They are probably polishing the game to the max ( like blizzard ) .

Nope, Rockstar have never been known to back down due to controversy (they use it as a marketing tool) and I doubt they'll start now.
