Hooking up more than 2 case fans

I feel like pimping out my Coolermaster CM690, but see that my mother board has only two case fan headers.

Is this because my motherboard is a cheaper model?

Is there any way I can get around this and hook up more fans?

Thank you

Just connect extra fans to molex connector from your psu. Fans normally come with these connectors.

Unless your case is a really crappy design, I doubt you really need more than 2 fans.
But you can always get any molex connecters from a decent computer shop :)

:D lol Ok.....well maybe it is partly for show....but only to myself...
Perhaps I should see if I can find something which plugs into a molex connector and
provides a 3 pin case fan plug or two on the other side.

I believe in quality stuff. Don't care what it costs :) Good for you though!
I need to decide if I should buy Thermaltake fans or not :p

You could get yourself a fan controller? I have the CM 690 as well, got myself the Zalman ZM-MFC1 Plus.

Alternatively, you could cut some wires, do some stripping and splicing fans together? Just use insulation tape. I'm running 8 fans off a 6 channel controller, so I had to splice 2 fans twice to the controller.
