Horrible Experience at Rebel Tech

If it says in stock on their website at the time of order it shouldn't take a week to be delivered, and also don't tell me the morning I'll receive the item at the latest Thurday, and then the afternoon come with a different story (Thats not considered good service by me)... Sorry didn't want to make a whole new thread and this is the only rebeltech one I could find, I saw the owner of rebeltech also reads this thread, and I'm sure any business owner likes customer feedback, whether good or bad...

Other online shops single out items that tend to take longer to be delivered, for example takealot will say 5-7 days delivery time, and wootware will say "Contact for availability", similar functionality shouldn't be much trouble to add to their website, and it'll sure save them hassle of not meeting customer expectations:)

On topic, the item I ordered from Kalahari was listed as in stock as well, I made payment and only after that was it shown as sold out/not in stock any more. Such is life though, it happens.

Well jokes on you for ordering from kalahari:p I've had too many bad experiences with them, but lets save that for a different thread lol... Thx replied to your email
 
The Joker forwarded my issue to the owner, and he's taking care of the matter personally... You see now, if I didn't come here to post, I would've probably not ordered from them again, but now that I saw the owner takes matter into his own hands, even on a small order, my faith is restored in this company:)
