iGame further endevours to provide subscribers with dedicated gaming support for all servers and titles hosted on the portal.
Public Admin
iGame has recruited a number of Public Admins that are responsible for enforcing the STCU on iGame servers. Our Admins are all respected members in the gaming community and by playing on our servers
YOU the player agree to treat them with RESPECT. The Admins have been requested to play with their default NICK's, but this is not required.
Senior Portal Administrators will be present on most iGame servers and will use the /iGame\ prefix.
Admins are responsible for keeping the servers clean of abusive users and for tasks like changing maps and adding more time to the games been played.
Admins have the right to enforce the terms of the STCU, which include the right to BAN you if you have broken any part of our STCU in their sole discretion. No prior warning is required.
Players found breaking any part of our STCU will be banned for a minimum period of 1 month. Depending on the severity of the transgression the ban period may be extended to a permanent ban. iGame reserves the right to enforce a complete portal ban if deemed necessary. This also includes banning of all cd-keys that may be owned by the abusive players.
The ban period may be extended at the discretion of senior portal administrators.

Impersonating an Admin or iGame representative is a bannable offense.
Cheating / Game Enhancement
Cheating or Hacking as it is more commonly referred to in ANY form will result in an immediate ban from the iGame servers (cdkey & most used nickname will be banned).
iGame reserves the right to scan players for cheats. Whenever cheaters are caught via an automated system, or by solid telltales shown to an observing admin, the cheater(s) will be removed.
Cheating or Hacking is defined as any unlawful measure that gives a player an unfair advantage over others and includes all, but is not limited to, the following:
Aimbots
Autofire 3rd-party program
Wallhacks
Happy Flag (huge models)
Spiked models, money or spell
Exploits
Fast reload/weapon switch scripts
Binding
(Binding in such a manner as to alter the intended function of an ingame feature.)
Disabling/exploiting/bypassing game attributes such as a smoke-removal hack, using the cloak- pack or shield pack bugs to "stack" attributes
Scripted bunnyhop
Ghosting
(A dead player using the camera to assist a live player via voice over IP, telephone, across a room, etc)
Macros for constructions
Other such influential advantages that give the player an unfair advantage, therefore effectively handicapping the other players on the server.
Players who are unsure if their activities constitute an unfair advantage, should consult their respective Game Admin or Senior Portal Administrator.
Stats boosting or Stat Padding in games that have public global rankings like Battlefield 2 is regarded as cheating and players caught boosting or padding their stats will be banned.
Stat Padding, furthermore defined as the altering of Stats, Scores or Outcomes through direct circumvention of Standard Gameplay in ANY game, is also strictly prohibited.
Unsportsmanlike Behavior
Players may not use any offensive or sexually explicit language in chat or voice mode. Not adhering to this rule may lead to a temporary or permanent ban.
Derogatory language and slander involving race, gender, sexual preference, religion or creed, including negative use of otherwise harmless words is not tolerated. This policy is enforced across the board.
Offensive and pornographic sprays may not be used.
Offensive nicks used in-game will not be tolerated. The use of another player's nick is also not allowed. If players think that they are using another player's nick, please confirm this in the online stats before continuing to use the nick. This rule also applies to CLAN TAG'S.
Players that deliberately hinder their team (such as by flashbanging their own teammates, stacking detpacks to block doorways, shooting friendly players off of stations, and so on) may be removed without warning. However, a player that is intentionally (and sadistically) disabling their own team goes against the idea of the 'serious gamer', and is therefore not welcome on our servers.
Team killing, (Tk'ing) is also considered an act of immaturity. Once or twice on accident is forgivable. But team killing intentionally for revenge or for fun, will not be tolerated.
Players may not use any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable language toward any other player.
Players may not harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress, unwanted attention or discomfort to another player.
A little healthy trash-talk is fine and appropriate to gaming, just as it is to almost any other sporting event. However, prolonged and unsolicited harassment may be grounds for removal. In the event that a player feels the need to continually harass another gamer, they will be requested to cease immediately. If they continue, they may be removed.
Players may not post or communicate any player's real world personal information.
Players may not accuse others of cheating, if you feel that someone is cheating please report it to an Admin.
Spoonerisms may not be used in ingame chat as well as part of your player name ingame. Spoonerisms are words or phrases in which letters or syllables get swapped.
iGame reserves the right to deny service to any people or persons that are deemed are reckless, causing damage, or disrupting the use of the game servers for other players.
