I honestly don't like the R.A.T mouse series. I find them very uncomfortable, and my bear sized mits don't really fit on it, in any configuration. It's also way too expensive.

Had the same issue, felt like I had a stress ball under my hand. Also the triggers conductors failed after 6 months of Dota.
