Settlement talks have hit a dead end in the civil case of a jogger who was arrested for allegedly giving President Jacob Zuma's motorcade the finger, the Cape Times reported on Tuesday.
Chumani Maxwele is reportedly suing the police department for R1.45 million after he was apparently bundled into one of the cars in the convoy while jogging along De Waal Drive in February 2010.
