low bandwidth in COD

hi all, im new to this forum so please go easy:eek: i have a capped account from afrihost and the line is running at around 8megs, i do play a lot of console gaming and mostly BO2 on ps3. i have a bandwidth of around 836 where i check that in the in game options.. a mate of mine that also plays BO2 on ps3 who is running off a mifi 3g device runs a bandwidth of between 1150 and 2200. is there any way to make mine better?
