Makro's big PS Vita blow-out

A PS Vita bundle costs R4k? Really? A Samsung Tab S2 goes for less than that, and many games can be downloaded for free from Google Play. In the for-sale sections, I have not yet seen a game going for R99. Most are around $0.99 to $2.
Unless my comparing a handheld to a tablet is unfair?
