Max Payne 3 - blending storyline and multiplayer
Rockstar flesh out Max Payne 3′s slow-mo multiplayer chaos.

I'll check out the vids at Lunch time. Its nice to see devs trying to tie SP and MP together more rather than just having the MP as a unrelated feature. Max Payne 3 hasn't really been on my radar, Id like to play it eventually but won't be getting it on release day. What I have seen of it looks good but I've burnt my fingers with the last 3 Rockstar games (GTAIV, RDR & LA Noire) I will wait for reviews and forumite feed back.

I'm surprised you didn't like RDR, I can understand GTA IV and L.A. Noire a bit more. Me, I loved all of them, but RDR is one on my all time favorite games ever. Rockstar definitely know how to put together a good game and MP3 looks like a really really good third person shooter.
With Both GTAIV & RDR I got bored towards the end, the story (while intresting) just dragged on & on and on. LA Noire was just a fail.
It was buggy as hell when I played it the first time. The Story was good and if they brought the missions together a little better I think I would have enjoyed it more. I just generally dont enjoy Sandbox games as much as games with more defined "levels", like the witcher, brilliant story, defined levels say mini-sandbox, Skyrim, huge sandbox story felt week.
Sandbox has its place but Sandbox and a great plot just don't go hand in hand. It felt too broken with no sense of urgency or anything. I also felt the dead eye system cheapened combat. About half way through I could take out entire waves of enemies before they fire of a shot.
MP3 might be better simply because it isn't sandbox, thus allowing for more compelling story. But with Diablo 3 & Dragon's Dogma both shipping in the same general time it will have to wait.
Luckily PC only gets the game in June, so Diablo III has no competition for two whole weeks.![]()
3rd person shooter on PC... ok. Id think its controls would lend them selves better to a gamepad. But to each his own I guess.
