Mirrors Edge

I hear that it's very short though. When I spend a lot of money on a game I'd prefer it to have lots of hours worth of gametime.

Really really awesome game. IT is rather short, about 5-6 hours gameplay .. if that. But the racing part and time trials are very lekker.

How much are we talking about here? You guys play Portal. It was also short but I loved it. I hope they make a sequel.

ps: And if you did play Portal, until where did you stop? I suspect most people didnt know the game actually carries on in the end.

It reminds me of Assassins Creed, but a bit more passive. I only liked it for the first few chapters, then it just got boring for me.

i'll grab a second hand copy sometime. i dunno :/ 6 hours is a little short after the behemoth gametime in Fallout 3. it just doesn't sound like value for money. even if Rage (upcoming id software game) is this short i will ignore it.

i do agree however that the visuals are... interesting

Despite the length I don't regret getting mirrors edge...it was extreme fun and im still busy with the time trials...
DLC Pending...need the DLC, must HAVE!

In a lot of ways it reminds me of Portal. Both feature understated art design and clever first person puzzles. I'm liking these fresh approaches to the over saturated fps genre.

It looked interesting when I watched the trailer a while back. But that's about it.

I played the DEMO. I don't get the drift of this game. All the white buildings with red indicators for what to do? Is the demo a indicator of how its going to be right through the entire game?
