Sou1Co11ector: "Will Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 be the exact same game as the previous iterations? Your basic point and click system?"

Robert Bowling: @Sou1Co11ector Activision takes pride in producing the exact same crap for you to waste your money on every year, so undoubtedly YES. The game will have the exact same crap you had in the previous (and all future iterations of the Call of Duty franchise) game only we'll be charging you more for it and adding the Elite Service so that we can make even more off you idiots who actually pay to play our crap.

Is it so hard for some people to understand that people can enjoy CoD? Have you ever considered that some people want to come home from a day of work and not want to play something which is 'uber-realistic' and 'hardcore'? CoD is a casual game, so stop spewing the same old tired, unimaginative crap in MW3 threads, please. Grow up.

Also, Soulcollector, Elite is free with the option to pay for Premium features. If you want to be childish, at least have your facts straight.

I can understand that people enjoy COD 1 2 3..., but COD is a cookie-cutter game just like Need for Speed. Same Shit Different Day.

and adding the Elite Service so that we can make even more off you idiots who actually pay to play our crap.

Where did I say you pay for Elite? Go back to school and learn to read. The Elite service is nothing more than a way for you to pay for stuff that should've been included in the game in the first place. The same with most DLC, not all but most.

My main problem is with people buying shit like COD and Need for Speed and basically perpetuating the cycle of crap like this being produced instead of original quality titles, with story and innovation. They let developers see that if you want a 'safe' game stop being original taking chances and produce the same crap year after year after year!

I for one am tired of the same shit every year and games being made crappier every year, but for military wannabe's like you it should probably suffice.

Join the Army I say.
See the world I say.
Get your ass shot to fuck for real I say.

You really have issues. Maybe grow up a bit before posting again. Military wannabes? And you're a military veteran or something? People like CoD because it's not technical.

Also, 'waaaah I dobn't like your gaem so yu suk.'

I for one am tired of the same shit every year and games being made crappier every year, but for military wannabe's like you it should probably suffice.

Then don't play CoD. Vote with your wallet and stop annoying people who have a different taste in casual games (because yes, the FPS genre is a casual genre).

It's actually rather rude to come into a thread for a game you're not interested in, then stir shit and mess it up for people who might actually be interested in it. If you think you're so much better than those of us who're interested in CoD, stay out of our threads and go slag us off in the BF3 threads.

This is just a ridiculous post. Are you saying that we should all be happy with COD2 or something, and they shouldn't have even bothered to make more?
I've got virtually all of the CoD's, and yes they might be similar(as in similarly awesome) in gameplay, but they're all different enough, so much so that I've been happy to hand over my money. I've definitely got my moneys worth on each purchase.

In fact, all the COD's are great games to play casually. I dont see why people need to be so negative about them, especially the whole BF vs COD smack talk. I mean really, they're virtually completely different games tactically, and both are awesome to play.
I'll be buying both.

Back to the point, nice of them to answer some user questions, gives some good insight. Sounds to me like they're on the right track.
