Well someone peeved off the bear. In the end, keeping this bickering up on Bethesda's side does one of 2 things, free marketing and annoys their customers. Same basically goes for Mojang. But then again, if you are silly enough to send in a broad spectrum trademark application then you are surely asking for trouble.
