Motherboard Advice

Hello,
I need help deciding which motherboard to get. My configuration thus far is as follows:
Intel Core i5 4670k
4GB DDR3 RAM 1600mhz
1TB WD Blue 7200RPM Harddrive
Antec One Case
Sapphire R9 270X

Now here's where I get stuck: I can't decide which motherboard to get. My budget for the mobo is about R1500, so any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I had the following in mind:
MSI B85-G43 Gaming Motherboard or Asus B85 Chipset or MSI H81 Chipset.

For R1 500, I'd get the MSI Z87-G41.
