MSI have great support

I want to share my experience with MSI. Reciently I went to support to ask for assistance about my GTX280 that's overheating. My card is out of warranty but they still helped me.

They told me to put fan speed on 100% but didn't worked then they asked me to do a couple of other stuff that I already did but in the end they said they going to test 3dmark for a month and I can also take the card to the Manufacturers for a RMA.

Talk about good service this ranks right at the top of my list. Many other manufacturers won't even care to help if product is out of warranty but MSI will even let me RMA the card. I hope the supplier can give me credit then I'll be going for the ATI 5850 or 5870. as I payd +-R5500 for the card

I have been so impressed by MSI graphics cards lately. I've had a 250 and now a 260 twin frozr and both have been rock solid.
 
Did you contact MSI directly?
I've got a motherboard that just stopped working for no apparent reason, it's about 2 years old, P35 Neo. How do i get hold of MSI?
 
Cool, I'll give it a go today, see if i have the same awesomeness, though - a motherboard could be different. Will let y'all know
 
cool but rather talk to msi first cause they know there products really well. and I don't get my msi products from corex but from pinnacle micro
