NBA Live 15 has been delayed to October 28 to coincide with opening night of the NBA’s 2014-15 season.
Producer Sean O’Brien announced the new release date in an open letter on EA’s NBA Live 15 blog.
“We will be taking a few extra weeks to polish the game and make sure you get an incredible NBA experience from the moment you first boot up the title,†O’Brien said.
The decision appears to factor in feedback from previews at Gamescom and responses to its Visual Trailer. O’Brien said the team has been working on all areas of 5-on-5 gameplay to improve control and responsiveness and animations.
