Nvidia GTX 580 rumoured for November

This is awesome news James! If the new cards are any faster than the current GTX480's then it means a single "GTX580" will be faster than my GTX280 SLI setup - that would be awesome because I've been looking to replace my SLi setup with a single card for a while now but a single GTX480 was pretty much on par with my GTX280s - so it didn't make sense financially. Plus, if I now get a single GTX580 I'd be moving into DX11 too :D w000t!
 
I hate the fact that these cards change so darn fast, mmmh... i am wondering if i should get this card... I would really like it, but have a feeling i should wait a little but.
 
If you already own a GTX 480 I wouldn't really see the point of upgrading. For me however, it's a different story :)
 
I agree,I am very happy with my gtx480 and there is no way I am getting one of these.Will wait another year or 2 before I upgrade again,seeing my gtx480 is still killing everything I can throw at it.
