On site home tech support recommendation

Folks,

I have an elderly mom who still uses a PC but the wifi setup keeps dropping. I can fix it myself but she lives in Centurion and I'm in Joburg. I need someone to go out and fix this as I'm struggling to get out there any time soon. Can anyone recommend a reputable service in Centurion who could do this?

Obviously there would be a call out fee etc payable, just looking for a recommendation.

I was going to suggest getting Teamviewer, but I suppose this is useless if you need to fix her dropping internet connection...

Seen adds for dial a nerd, though cannot comment on quality as I have never used them. Probably be cheaper to go yourself.

The closest that I can think of is that ViperGTI lives in Centurion. You can maybe come to an arrangement with him. It will probably cost you an arm and a leg.
