Pac-Man goes free for this week’s iTunes App of the Week

In this week’s App of the Week (aka my next download), Apple has listed Pac-Man as the app to go free. Yes, the incredibly popular and old school arcade game, which made its way over to the iPhone a while ago, is going free as part of Apple’s promotional deal. The app, version 5.0, was recently updated to include Retina screen support and new mazes, so it should look good on just about any device you want to use.

The downside to this app is the fact that only the original maze is free, while all others are $0.99 in-app purchases, or you can buy all eight at one time for $2.99 . If you’re interested in checking out Pac-Man for iOS, be sure to head on over to the iOS App Store.

Google's Play Store doesn't even have these cool promotions... All these classics, but most only available on iOS!

Im pretty sure i got PacMan off the playstore on a promo for free... Last year sometime... But it was a "google" version, not the original...
