Pokemon GO will stop players from poaching gyms

Niantic has stated that it will combat the problem of gym poaching in Pokemon GO.

Finally. Not that it has happened to me but there is no point leaving a gym neutral, I defeated it for a reason.

i guess this is a issue at a populated areas. Can see it happening alot, never happened to me
