Not quite getting the latency I was suspecting, wanna see if others are having the same problems and which times, region, ISP's and internet type is the best for Diablo3.

Not sure about the times, 213 when it's good otherwise it's 400 ms for both NA and EU. Asia is 600+.

Between 260ms - 430ms

My average is about 400 - 500 ms, but the best I've seen was 238 (early morning) and the worst 1327 (last night). All on EU servers. iBurst.

Between 5pm and 1am usually between 420 - 600ms. After 1am best i got so far 213ms. Absolute worst was 1500ms. All on EU servers. Mweb 1 Meg uncapped.

280 spiking to 1120ms discovered the problem, steam was updating. Pause and get back down to 400

IS 4mb uncapped and hitting 200-300ms and then spikes of 400ms :/ that's to EU server
