PS Plus October 2013 lineup revealed

I'm very stupid with all things Playstation so if somebody can tell me if I understand this correctly: if you are subscribed to PS+, you get a number of full games each month that you can download and play for as long as your subscription is active (even after they are removed from the PS+). A bit like steam for PS3 where the sale items are 100% off?

From what I heard I think it works like that and don't think it is a limited.

Sounds about right, but in your example you would be paying to access Steam.

Pretty much, yeah. It works really well, especially if you have uncapped data.

Looking forward to finally play Dark Arisen content for Dragon's Dogma, once I manage to stop playing GTA that is.
 
PS Plus really looks amazing! If I ever buy a console it'll probably be a PlayStation with PS plus. Paying R400/year for 5 free games/month→ totally worth it. What happens to all your PS3 games once you get a PS4? Can't remember what they said about backwards compatibility...

If i recall there is no b.c right now. but if you have ps+ and a ps4 you get free ps4 games from day 1 so i'm not to worried about the older ps3 games.
 
By the way: is there a thread available for Users to post their PSN IDs.
