By quite a margin if you ask me, I'm pretty sold at this point when it comes to choosing between them. I think I still like the look of the Xbox One controller though but the PS4 console itself is definitely the better looking console. Then you just add in all the right things with 2nd hand games, price point, exclusives, No DRM , etc. and you've got yourself a winner :)

  1. It will make the system more expensive.
  2. So they can sell one to you later.
  3. It's going to take a while to fill that thing up.
  4. It's probably less trouble to just delete and redownload whatever you don't want to use in the forseeable future.

How much more would it have cost the company.

Anything that unnecessarily adds to the price without increasing the performance is just a waste. If someone really needs more space they can upgrade it, I don't think the majority of people will ever use that much space.

thats what everyone said when the 20 gig 360's and ps3's where launched and those drives filled up quick. just remember these consoles have 500 gig drives but theoretically you will probably only have probably +- 430 gigs available and every xbox 1 game requires a full installation which means if 10 games are installed with an average size +- 40 gigs then you'll have 400 gigs used thats excluding dlc and demos and xbla games which most people also have on their hdd's.
 
In my opinion, after (8/12) months of the release of the PS4, MP will not require a PS+ subscription.

Why?

Because they would have made a profit by selling the PS4 and the PS+ subs so there is no need.

on mine 500 gb but if I had to put everything on it, I will probably be half also since I also have a full 250 gb portable hardrive too besides my 2 tb and my laptop has 250 gb used :p.
 
I have been a loyal Xbox supporter since 2007 and was set to buy the Xbone but M$ have pushed me away. They don't want me as a customer any longer.
