Rassbery Pi

Not too sure.
Details are sketchy.

Probably won't run a whole many games from the last 10 years or so... but then again... it might be able to keep up with most smartphones' capabilities.

Hard to tell without some more details.
 
I think that this will be the platform of choice to drive the low cost PC to every child for education... they need to sort out a way to get internet access to them but otherwise they're completely awesome
