Yup. There is a lot of things in Skyrim that can be fixed, but also a lot of things that shouldn't be touched.

The only gripes I've found so far are:

1) Game occasionally freezes on xbox between area loads.
2) Sidekick stands in doorway when you're in a small room and can't get past them.
3) Pacifist dragons. :|

One of the things I've heard from friends that annoys them is that they go into a shop, buy what they need and when they go out the shopkeeper comes out with them and stands in front of them.

I suppose you haven't had an quests bugging or failing to initiate?? I had this happened twice, was able to fix it with the pc console commands but that shouldn't be needed. It definitely needed a patch.
