Steam Summer Sale... who else has spent more than they should have already?

Ok so as many have undoubtedly heard... that ridiculously amazing specials event has begun on steam and as you can gather from the threads title... ive already spent a bit and its only day 1.

I fear this month may not be as financially sound as it should have been for me XD anyone else in the same boat?
 
I really, really want to resist this time, but will probably buy a few games. :s
 
I haven't spent a cent, I have too many games already. I am waiting for Walking Dead and Arma II specials.
 
Sadly I've got most of the games that I really want on steam already.

Only titles I'm waiting to drop to 75% off sale is Fallout 3 and New Vegas.

I've only bought Back to The Future so far.
 
Bought nothing at the moment, gna wait for last day, only really want Binding of isaac but its only less 50% want it less 75%
 
Im looking at getting Arma II complete so I can try out DayZ but that is about it except maybe for the Binding of Isaac.
 
I just grabbed the DLC's for Dungeon Defenders, I am going to try and not just buy everything in sight, since I have so much to play already . . .
 
I already paid full price for Binding of Isaac and Wrath of the Lamb :cry:

tempted to get Back to the Future, just a shame I'm poorer than a hobo in Zimbabwe :(
 
Hahaha Malice - you are not alone, I was clever tho and have $20 in my steam wallet. But now to decide what to grab and what not to. . . I have to much as it is!

I was looking at that, I have Back to the Future Ep 1 - 4 on PS3 as I bought it in SA before I left, Ep 5 only got released after I arrived here and due to PSN being full of shit regarding regions I could not download the last episode. I see there is a retail release out that I may just pick up for the sake of finishing the story.
 
Will be getting trine2. Looking for bioshocks, walking dead, max payne 3, the haunted and assassins creeds.
 
Dang, I wanted to pick up Saints Row for 75% off but when I checked it had already gone on to the next sale. :(
 
Ooooh I will be checking out the steam store tonight to see whats on special that I might have to bug my buddy to get for me(I'm staying away from a credit card)

I noticed they were having some inconsistencies with the flash sales. They started out as 6 hours and now it looks like they're going to be 10 or 12. It looks like they're just about stabilized, but I think they should still try and space them out a bit more. Right now two are at about 7.5 hours and the other two are 5.5 hours. Would be nice for a new flash sale every 2 hours.

they make the flash sale timers longer due to time differences across the globe so everyone has a chance to see them and take advamtage
