This is a really great idea from Valve,if I gamed from the living room I would definitely use it,cant believe its 2012 and we only got this feature now.
Not just for your TV, I jam on my PC with my controller all the time. This means I won't have to fiddle with the KB when I want to do things outside of the game, or go up to my monitor to read a msg someone sent me.
Ah ha! Say goodbye to XBLA and PS Store! Well done Steam, something I can legitimately look forward to.
I suppose I'll need to build a new computer now. Or maybe connect my existing desktop to the TV downstairs :wtf:
This is great. My housemates and I already have a pc with steam and XBMC running on our TV. This'll make running TF2 and the other games we've got on there a lot easier!
