They were able to covert their entire user base of 384k and 1mb to the new speeds in under two months. But for some reason getting people off 4mb on to higher speeds are so hard...

I believe they were installing almost 3000 of these units (I could be mistaken on the amount) but if so then this is taking to long to convert to the new MSANs units they announced this a few months ago and they are only 2% done, at this rate by the time they finish Telkom will either be out of business or have to upgrade to newer tech again.
