Telkom high-speed broadband upgrade plans delayed by legal action

Yeah and that is usually what seems to happen in this country when someone plans to get us to world standards, fair enough it is Telkom. But seriously, whats the point move on get another tender.
 
They talk about 40Mbps but my area still hasn't even been upgraded to 10Mbps. Also I can't imagine what a 40Mbps uncapped acount would cost :eek:.
