Telkom Soft Cap and Facebook

I'm getting the xbox + softcap deal from Telkom and my misses asked how is the facebook surfing during softcap.
I can't seem to find any info for her
Anyone here that is on the Telkom capped lines that can tell me?

It works fine browsing and gaming(I play on international servers for supreme commander rts game)
Youtube once you are capped you can't stream it so easily basically your line gets cut back to 386kb.

Great thanks, was just curious since I read that Youtube is basically blocked during softcap.

On another note, I read that while surfing social media (FB and Twitter) telkom does not deduct your usage from your cap? Does it include uploading photos or only browsing?

Customers will be able to use the full functionality of Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, 24 hours a day, without incurring costs from their in-bundle data. Customers can also make use of the instant messaging chat clients on WhatsApp; Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger also known as Windows Live Messaging and Google Talk without incurring additional charges. The offer does not however extend to video streaming such as YouTube videos or links to other websites via these platforms. Once your SoftCap limit is reached the social networking services and night surfer will also be subject to SoftCap
