Surly you can get it cheaper. But remember if there is a demo it will be bug ridden like the vanilla game.

Jesus, well it is worth the R222 I been playing for 2 days straight and my party has levelled up to level 3.

I cannot get it to run. I have tried Win98 compatibility mode too, with the same result.
I am running Windows 7 Home Ultimate.

odd. mine worked fresh from install after 2x updates and mod. just had to set the resolution to more native one.

cool. We should post our adventures on here. I am currently nearly done cleaning out the moathouse.

I have done it That was easy. This mod makes life so much better.

When I double click on the desktop icon to start the game, I get the "busy" mouse pointer for a second or two, after which it returns
to normal.

When I try compatibility mode, Windows tests it under those settings and returns the message "Incompatible Application"
To the best of my knowledge, my copy of Windows 7 is up to date.

I may try running it under WINE in Ubuntu

It was faaaaaaahking hard.Which is pretty loyal to the source material I guess.
Great game if you liked, say, the Icewind Dale games.

Try running it as an administrator. That worked for me.

It may be the demo, as you said.

Remember the full game is riddled with bugs. So I suspect there the demo itself is just broken.

I am doing well at the moment. My characters are strong and I must admit the bard is amazing.

Wow I am actually doing well in the temple. I hate ghasts though. They get to attack 3 times and have a huge chance to cause paralysis to you:-/
