Terrifying video game enemies

Can I be honest I have to date never finished Silent hill Not that I have not tried it is one of those games that Just scared the crap out of me .

hahaha. I only played the first three the others just missed the plot completely.

Anyone remember Jericho?,it was and still is one of my favorite games.
 
The worst ones are the ones you can`t beat.
Slenderman and the amnesia monster, alma from fear, that thing you run away from in the later prince of persia games.

Then theres aaron, the artist, from clive barker`s undying, the one on the right, appearing in the mirror.
