The movie thread.

On the 3D front, I preferred the adverts in 3D over the actual movie. I don't know, watching it got a bit much after a while, it didn't hurt the eyes, but did feel aggravated after a while. Didn't feel like it was worth the money spent.
Thor itself was bloody good though, keen to watch it again in blu ray when it is released.

recently watched following movies:
Drive Angry - cool movie, weird, but cool. Was a bit gross and did I say weird?
Vanishing on 7th Street - story sounded interesting, but it was a let down. Didn't end well, and that Hayden Christian dude still feels like a whiny actor. The actual movie wasn't that scary at all, nor suspense so not sure what it had going for it.
 
Recently watched The Troll Hunter. It's Norweigan, but has subtitles. Filmed as though it's a documentary and it's reallly awesome :D

Oh heck! I watched this earlier today. I watched it 2D at Sandton where they have already converted to digital. Really enjoyed this, but then again anything sci-fi, fantasy, action, etc is definitely something I look out for. Seems like it was a prequel of sorts to the X-Men?
