Falling subscriber numbers has Bioware considering more options

See I wouldn't go full Free2Play like.... DDO or LOTRO. I would adopt a Guildwars like system. You still have to pay for the game instore, spending £30 or so, and enter your CD key. Once this is done there are no subs & no Micro Transactions. IMO Micro Transactions hurts a game rather than helps.

I'm not sure how well the GW system would work for a game like SWTOR where it's very much a gear based game. Where in GW2 the item shop is more about cosmetic items since all gear is relatively the same at level cap.
