US Senator apologises to gamers

More like he was sorry to learn that probably 50%+ of his support plays games. Oops, better not tell them to shut up and sit down.

The industry hasn't profited off children but irresponsible parents who buy these games.

Also why is the gaming industry not allowed a voice in the gun violence debate but the NRA gets everyone's attention? Double standards in play here
 
I think most apologies politicians give are empty. They normally said what they meant the first time round, as they write and plan their speeches. They just did not foresee the outcome not going their way.
