after the official and unofficial patches its ok, i've played up too where you get into the city and meet the prince. redemption... well till you need to save the jews i think.

BUT i trust you know that WOD mmo is going to get announced around 23rd-25th sept at The Grand Masquerade !
 
need another sp title, redemption was cool and bloodlines is also cool but suffers from a severe case potential not used...

trioka ftw, right ? lol. they totally missed the pot with that IP sadly. still as i've said if it's patched with official and unofficial it's ok not perfect, but more playable. worst is seeing other titles making use of same engine and came out a lot better.

maybe some dev house will pickup the IP and do us a favour.
 
Yeah I remember the game being horribly buggy when it just came out, and it was a recource HOG! After official and unofficial patch, as you mentioned, was a bit better but not really where it should have been.

But seeing that I am back into the SP scene lately (busy with Dragon age, Mirrors edge and Dead Space) I will maybe give this another go.

I loved it. To be this was a cult classic. It did have its flaws. At a point you needed a patch or else it would keep on crashing but it was so freaking fun. The trick is not to us guns. I used malee weapons. The flamethrower was awesome and the kombat shotgun though.

i don't think you get a more broken up game than TOEE or Call of cthulhu. i tried CoC up to where you escape from the fishermen's town just to be brought back, then i gave up for now.

i would love a decent vampire sp, mp and mmo.
 
CoC one of the best games ever, I HATE READING, but I am a huge Lovecraft fan :D

Thankfully I never had any issues with it, AMPT for replay now thanks :D

i would strongly suggest you replay CoC in XP rather than to sit with x64 win7 issues....
