They will bring in 5g anyway.

Empty threats, sooner or later they will stop trying to play the general public and start stabbing each other in the back again.

I don't know if they're trying to say they won't bring 5G or would roll it out slower, but that sounds like robbing someone with the gun pointed at yourself. "Give me your money or I'll shoot myself!". I don't think they really thought this through.
