What can I run with these specs?

Yeah it isn't 100% but it does give a good basic indication. I mean anything under 6.5 is looking old and in need of an upgrade. It just doesn't give precise details like 3dmark etc.
 
I think I can pay about R1500 tops for a graphics card. I'm not looking to play new games, just 2008 games at the latest
 
Ja. The 550ti is 15-20% faster than the 5770 but is a couple hundred more.

If you can get the 460 for less than the 550ti go for the 460 for sure.
