What does your mouse slide on?

Flex

Will lift for boobs!
So this is something that has always fascinated me.
Some people have huge ass shiny mouse pads, other have old cringe worthy mouse pads.

Does it really make a difference?
What lots of people don't know is that most modern mice don't even need a mouse pad anymore as they auto calibrate to the surface they are on.
So mouse pads are more about comfort and convenience than anything else these days. Keep the surface your mouse travels on cleaner easier and having your wrist be comfortable.

I am not sure about this though, I can feel the difference when I move my mouse over my wooden table and a Razer Goliathus Speed mouse pad. I guess if the surface is exactly the same all over and not grainy like wood you might not feel the difference.

What mouse pad do you prefer to use and what size?

I use a Razer Goliathus Speed Large. I play on very low Sensitivity, so i need lots of space and the smooth surface of the speed feels amazeballs.

On it's plastic type feet.

But in seriousness, my MX518 slides on a 1000manLAN giant mousepad full of [-]cum[/-] coffee stains.

Hahaha Oh wow! =D

I am looking for someone who actually has one of those RGB mouse pads. Want someone to justify spending that much money on something like that!

I'm currently using a Goliathus Control Large and am thinking of changing over to the Speed Edition. The control surface was nice for competitive gaming, but I think the smooth surface just feels better all-round.

The control felt too rough for me. I took the speed with competitive gaming in mind. Play CSGO, and OW currently and feels amazing for both. Had the Steelseries QCK before that, an the speed is the closest feel that I could get to the QCK

mine slides on anything, logitech performance mx, but i prefer to use my custom branded mousepad from china

The control was great for Dota 2 but not much else to be honest. I've heard the QCK is fantastic for CS: GO, maybe I'll upgrade to one of those:)

Exactly. just wanted to say the control is good for Dota, and S2. I just struggled to find a very Large QCK Mouse pad. If I find one I will probably get a QCK again. Def one of the top rated mouse pads out there

I'll keep my eye out for one now that I've overcome my Dota addiction ;).

On the wet salty tears of my victims!!!

That and the sweet sexy Corsair M200 something that mygaming gave me for being awesome :D
Due to the nature of my desk (2 gaming pc's and drawers on the left) my mouse pad only fits if its "vertical" (taller than it is long). but thats fine with me :)

Oh, and my 2nd pc is using the mousepad I eventually got from that "controversial" thread I made about $1 mouse pads...it has my avatar pic as the graphic...pretty cool actually, totally worth the price :)

I use this baby:

I also received an extra one from my brother in law ages ago. So once this one becomes unusable then I'll move to that one.

I use the SteelSeries 4HD Professional Gaming Mouse Pad, picked it up a few years ago at a marked down price somewhere if i recall correctly

Steelseries Qck+ it has lasted me a good many years. I got the Qck+ because it was the biggest that would fit on my desk.

I've got a Glorious PC Gaming Race xxl extended mouse mat, which replaced my Razer sphex mouse mat.
