I thought it would be interesting to find out the most popular Skyim race, so I started this thread.

I chose a Dunmer, since dragons are known to breath fire and they resist fire 50%
 
My main character is a Nord, but I also have a Kahjit, Breton and Orc. I chose the races based on the build I wanted for each particular character: Nord warrior, Kahjit sneak, Breton mage and Orc warrior.

Dunmer, coz i figured in a game where you'll be fighting dragons, the 50% fire resistance will come in handy.
Plus i've always liked choosing elves in games :P
 
i went with Dark Elf and it was a PERFECT choice! my play-style is sneak-magey-backstabber. and the fire resistance helps with the dragons that spit fire
 
Nord, since the story revolves around the Nords as well. Will probably choose a different race IF I decide to start a new game.
 
Went khajiit.. Coz claws are awesome..:) And I didn't know which to choose plus the khajiit look pretty cool....:)
 
I started with an Imperial, just quickly made a character to see how my computer runs the game. I should be getting my laptop this week and then I will critically look at all the races and determine which race I want to start with. It is going to be hard though because I usually pick "human" as my character.
 
Redguard also has resistance to disease if i'm no mistaken.also a simple necklace can give you 100%disease resistance for around 2k septims.
 
Werewolf is a damage dealer with a huge amount of stamina but doesn't take kindly to damage :(

Playing as a Nord btw.

I chose the Nord because I saw a picture where the Nord character looked like HHH from WWE and that kinda stuck in my head lol
 
Ah hell. I'll be starting Skyrim one of these days, and the WORST thing for me when playing an RPG is when you start out and it says pick your class. I always think I'm going to regret my choice later down the line.
